We offer a new and unique way to get exactly what you need for your next event. All of our menu items can be assembled in and ala carte fashion and served in your choice of service style. You can get exactly what you want without having to pay for any extra services you don’t. It’s simple, pick your date, pick your menu then pick your service style and leave the rest to us !
Services
Drop off
SBC is a pioneer of the drop off service. This service offers a quick and easy way to entertain your guest with our great food without all the bells and whistles. Drop off service brings your food delivered oven hot, ready to serve in disposable aluminum pans for easy service and clean up. We set up your food for your guests and get out of your way. Then when your event is over, simply throw away the pans, easy peasy! You can also add disposable dinnerware and serving utensils for even easier service.

Full Service Buffet
This is the traditional and our most popular service for any style event. SBC will deliver your food or prepare on site and set everything up in chafing dishes (food warmers). We will provide linens for all your food service tables, disposable plates, napkins, and serving utensils. Uniformed buffet attendants to set up, maintain, breakdown, and clean up all food service areas so you can relax and enjoy your event!

Plus 18% catering and service fee, sales tax, and delivery (delivery charges based on distance)
Includes:
- Chafing dishes
- Serving utensils
- Linens for all buffet and food service tables (tables to be provided by guest unless arranged otherwise with SBC)
- Disposable plates
- Napkins and silverware
- Any other equipment needed for service and uniformed attendants to setup, maintain, breakdown and cleanup event area

Family Style
A great service for weddings or similar style events. SBC will deliver your food or prepare onsite and serve your menu on family sized platter to be shared amongst your guest at each table. Just like a family meal at your own home!

Includes:
- Wedding china place settings and linen rolled silverware
- Family size platters for serving
- Serving utensils
- Any other equipment needed for service and uniformed attendants to service event

Plated
Also a great service for weddings or similar style events. When you want to pull out all the stops and WOW your guests this is the service for you! SBC will prepare your meal onsite and serve your menu individually plated and beautifully presented to each guests. Each meal is plated on wedding china accompanied with linen rolled silverware and served by our uniformed servers to your guests.
